Apple vinegar can be used for the skin: two spoonfuls can be added in the water in which you bathe and they can protect the natural coating of the skin leaving it soft and silky. In the same time, you can add a spoonful of vinegar in two cups of water. You can gently tampon your face with the mix. Thus, blood circulation for the face will be refreshed leaving the skin younger and more luminous. Also, acne or wounds can be diminished. When you want to have bright hair and dandruff free, you can mix vinegar with equal parts of water, and massage the scalp with the solution before using the shampoo. Thus, you will get rid of dandruff and the scalp will be fully protected.
